Recording transcriptions are available to all Standard and Premium subscribers. To transcribe a recording, open the Recordkit app and click on the recording that you wish to transcribe. You will then see a button in the center of the screen that says “Transcribe”. Press this button to initiate the transcription process. Transcriptions may take up to 30 minutes to complete depending on the length of the recording.
Yes! All recordings are encrypted at rest and any recordings stored in our cloud benefit from industry leading security standards, including the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm, AES-256.
Unlimited call and voice memo transcriptions are available on Recordkit’s Premium+ plan, or can be purchased as an add-on to Recordkit premium.
