Tap “Record call”, pick who you are calling, and Kitt shows where you left off: when you last spoke, what was agreed, what is still open. Each line opens the exact moment in the recording. The new recording is tagged to them. Premium, after one transcribed call with them.

Simply add Kitt, our call recording assistant, to any call that you want recorded and we'll handle the rest, ensuring that you receive your recording within minutes of hanging up.

Recording transcriptions are available to all Standard and Premium subscribers. To transcribe a recording, open the Recordkit app and click on the recording that you wish to transcribe. You will then see a button in the center of the screen that says “Transcribe”. Press this button to initiate the transcription process. Transcriptions may take up to 30 minutes to complete depending on the length of the recording.

Yes! All recordings are encrypted at rest and any recordings stored in our cloud benefit from industry leading security standards, including the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm, AES-256.

Unlimited call and voice memo transcriptions are available on Recordkit’s Premium+ plan, or can be purchased as an add-on to Recordkit premium.

Recordkit integrates with all major storage platforms such as Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, and many more. Users can also generate custom sharing links to share specific recordings directly.

Yes, once the recording is transcribed. Open it, go to the “Summary” tab and tap the “Template · General” chip at the top. Pick one of the eight built-in templates — General, Health, Property, Sales, Interview, Support, Memo or Family — and Kitt regenerates the summary and action items. The transcript is not changed. Summaries and templates are part of Premium.

A short brief on the person you are about to call: when you last spoke, what was agreed and what is still open, each linked to the moment it was said. Tap the record button, choose “Record call” and pick the person. Briefs are Premium and need at least one transcribed call with that person.

Not from the phone line. You tag who a recording was with: open it and tap “Add participant”, or pick the person when the app asks “Who are you calling?” before a call. After a call is transcribed, Kitt suggests a name for you to confirm. The “People” list on the Home screen is available on every plan; briefs and Ask are Premium.
